Reiki is the life force energy used to catalyze the natural healing process of the physical, energetical, emotional & spiritual body. Reiki is communicating energy between our body systems and our chakra system; it is an energy practice of wholeness.
Reiki is an ancient natural healing and a process of self development therapy that was rediscovered by Dr Mikao Usui back in 1800's, where he developed the Usui system of natural healing.
Reiki is a living system that is constantly evolving that helps to create its unique position in individuals lives, teachings and learning’s, enabling a colorful well rounded accessible healing process. Reiki's essence never changes, it is always the life force energy that is constantly flowing, essentially through nurturing harmonious energy that balances and heals.
For hands on healing to occur, the practitioner places both hands slightly above or on the receiver with the intent to heal with love for the flow of energy to connect between the practitioner and the receiver.
