We offer a safe space to learn & share from each other incorporating abode healing arts & ayurvedic yoga, reiki & cosmic body work, earth medicine, yin, astro and kundalini yoga to gently remember our true essence, liberate our very own creative nature by simply being.
We will learn and experiment together empowering embodiment, by taking responsibility for this body, this given life, getting to know ourself better, developing our very own inner guide and intuitively tending to our divine living beauty.
